SILVERADO RANCH is located a few miles south of the Las Vegas International Airport and approximately 6 miles from the strip. It has a great location for a planned community with respect to access to the airport/strip area. The planned community has great housing options in the way of custom designed single family homes, condos, townhomes and lots of rental units also. Silverado Ranch has some great recreational options for its residents. One is the wonderful park system here and one of the best and newer parks is the Silverado Ranch Park. It has everything, including picnic areas, playgrounds, softball fields and a beautiful amphitheatre.
One of the most popular places in this park is the skate park where you can go biking or rollerblading, or skateboarding if you want.
